Patient privacy
What we keep: patient name, phone number, and the reason for the call.
What we never keep: exam notes, prescriptions, insurance IDs, dates of birth. Those stay in CrystalPM.
Backups: daily, kept for 30 days. Turns on when the database is connected.
Who can use SORA, the practice management system. A role sets what a group of people can see and do. Store access limits which locations they work in. Allow or Deny overrides one permission for one person. Every change goes in the SORA audit log.
